EXCHANGES + RETURNS
We offer free returns and exchanges in Lebanon and are happy to help you find your perfect fit. If something is not quite right, email embasics@embasics.co within 4 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Returns and exchanges only apply for unworn and unwashed merchandise. Merchandise purchased at full-price are entitled to a full refund, unless they have been worn with visible signs of make up, sweat marks, deodorant or damaged as a result of bad handling of the garment when trying it on.
You must include the original receipt that we send out with orders. Any returned items that are not accompanied by this receipt are unlikely to be accepted.
Merchandise received past 4 days will automatically receive store credit in the form of an EM BASICS store credit.
Exchanges are processed immediately, as long as we have your desired size and color in stock. Otherwise, we can help you find another item you may love. Returns may take up to 15 days to process.
To expedite your return or exchange process, please email us as soon as you can with your order #, the item you wish to return or exchange, and feedback regarding why the item is not quite the right fit. We value all customer feedback.
We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your EM BASICS account.
NON- LEBANESE RETURNS
Customers outside Lebanon will need to make their own returns arrangements through any postal carrier. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning any items, and EM BASICS is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the post.
FINAL SALE
All sale items are FINAL SALE. We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or store credit for any sale items.
Christmas Returns
Any Christmas gift orders placed in December can be returned before Friday 12th January for a refund - usual policy terms & conditions apply.
